Cookie Policy

Effective date: October 5, 2026

Cookies are small records stored by your browser. Similar storage includes local storage and session storage. This page explains how our website and its supporting services use cookies and similar technologies.

Ordinary visitors

Our custom website design and inquiry form do not set visitor cookies or use browser local storage or session storage. They do not add advertising, analytics, session recording, tracking pixels, or embedded videos or social feeds. Fonts and brand images are served with the website. Visiting an external link takes you to a separate service with its own practices.

Contact-form protection

The contact form uses a hidden WordPress security token and a temporary server-side attempt counter. These do not require a visitor cookie. The keyed IP-address hash used for the attempt counter expires after 10 minutes; it is not used for advertising or to build a browsing profile.

Administrator login

WordPress may use cookies such as wordpress_test_cookie, wordpress_[hash], wordpress_logged_in_[hash], wordpress_sec_[hash], and wp-settings-* when an authorized administrator signs in or changes editor settings. These support login, session security, and interface preferences. Lifetimes depend on login choices and WordPress configuration; they are not needed for ordinary public browsing.

Hosting and additional services

Hosting, caching, security, or optional plugins may add their own cookies or similar technologies. The website services information below describes the enabled configuration. Where consent is required for optional storage or tracking, those features must stay off until an affirmative choice is made, with an accessible way to reject and later withdraw consent.

Our website is hosted by Kinsta and uses its integrated Cloudflare services for website delivery and security. These providers may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, timestamps, and technical or security logs to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the website.

We use Microsoft 365 for business email, including receiving and responding to website inquiries. Contact-form messages pass through the website’s configured email-delivery service to our business mailbox. The DHCS contact plugin does not maintain a separate database of submitted messages.

Our custom website theme and contact plugin do not add advertising cookies, behavioral analytics, session recording, or third-party CAPTCHA services. Hosting and security services may use cookies or similar technologies for their enabled functions. WordPress uses cookies for administrator login and preferences.

Technical logs and backup copies are retained according to the applicable provider’s service settings and retention practices. We update this disclosure when we change the services or tracking features used by the website.

Your controls

You can inspect, delete, or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential login or security cookies can affect those features. Our custom website design does not include optional advertising or behavioral tracking. If we introduce services that require consent, we will provide the applicable choices before activating them.
