Experience

Practical controls experience starts with understanding what happens on the production floor. DHCS brings together PLC programming, operator interfaces, commissioning, and troubleshooting to help equipment work as a complete system.

Material tracking & machine coordination

Work includes log and piece tracking, conveyor-speed coordination, routing, and handoffs between machines. We investigate how sensor timing, control sequences, communications, and mechanical behavior interact, then build changes around the actual process.

Operator visibility

HMI and SCADA development connects machine status, alarms, production events, and historical data. The goal is to help operators recognize the next action and give maintenance teams enough context to investigate recurring problems.

System lifecycle support

Support extends from documenting existing sequences and planning upgrades to controls checkout, startup, and production troubleshooting. Program structure, change records, and practical handover information help the site team maintain the system after commissioning.
