Effective date: October 5, 2026
These terms explain permitted use of the public website operated by Dark Horse Custom Solutions, LLC (DHCS). They apply to website access and information. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work, purchase agreement, nondisclosure agreement, or service contract.
Website information and project agreements
The website describes our capabilities in general terms. It is not an offer to perform a particular project at a stated price, a guarantee of availability, or an agreement to provide emergency support. Sending an inquiry does not create a customer relationship or authorize work. Scope, pricing, scheduling, deliverables, warranties, licensing, and project responsibilities must be agreed separately in writing. A signed project agreement controls where it addresses the same subject.
Safe use of technical information
General information on this website is not an operating procedure, safety assessment, machine design approval, or instruction to modify equipment. Industrial work requires evaluation of the actual equipment, hazards, applicable standards, and site procedures by appropriately qualified personnel. Do not bypass safeguards, alter safety functions, or rely on website content to start or modify machinery. Follow your facility’s approved procedures and manufacturer instructions.
Permitted use
You may view this website and make reasonable copies of publicly available information for evaluating DHCS services or your internal business reference, retaining relevant ownership notices. You may link to public pages in a way that accurately identifies DHCS and does not imply an unauthorized affiliation or endorsement.
Prohibited conduct
- Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with service, or evade security or rate limits.
- Do not reproduce, distribute, sell, or use website artwork or branding in a way that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Do not submit information you are not entitled to share or confidential material without an agreed secure exchange method.
Ownership and third-party names
DHCS branding and original website materials belong to DHCS or their respective rights holders. Third-party product names are used to identify technologies and remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, certification, partnership, or endorsement. Open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses. No trademark license is granted by access to the website.
Inquiries and submitted information
Provide accurate contact information and only the details reasonably needed to discuss your request. We may use your submission to evaluate and respond to it as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your submitted material; submitting an inquiry does not grant DHCS an unrestricted commercial license to your work. Website and ordinary email communications are not a substitute for an agreed confidential file-transfer process.
External services and links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those services control their content, security, accessibility, and privacy practices. A link does not mean DHCS endorses every statement or service on that website.
Availability and accuracy
We work to provide useful, accurate information but website content may contain errors or become outdated. To the extent permitted by applicable law, public website information is provided as available without a warranty of completeness, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for a particular application. Contact us to confirm details before making a project decision. Any warranty for paid work is governed by the applicable written agreement and law.
Limits and preserved rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DHCS is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by reliance on general public website information or by a third-party website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses fraud or willful misconduct, limits nonwaivable consumer rights, or changes rights under a signed project agreement. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these website terms.
Privacy and accessibility
Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Accessibility Statement explain related practices and ways to request assistance. These notices do not make optional tracking or marketing consent a condition of browsing.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms prospectively and revise the effective date. Changes do not retroactively modify a signed project agreement. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. Contact DHCS with a question or concern before relying on uncertain website information.
